The Windham Philharmonic, in collaboration with Epsilon Spires, presented a concert on Indigenous Peoples’ Day 2025 with an evening where music spoke as protest, as reckoning, as survival. Works formed a concert of justice and injustice, protest and affirmation, absence and presence. Music included:
- Raven Chacon’s Voiceless Mass
- Mvskoke music song by Kirsten C. Kunkle, soprano, joined by her 5 year old daughter
- Ruth Crawford Seeger’s Andante for Strings
- Julius Eastman’s Stay On It
- Haydn’s Symphony No. 46, “Farewell”
